Health News Network LLC is committed to ensuring that Zanzi and its website are accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe that everyone should be able to ask Zanzi anything, and we work to make the experience usable for the widest possible audience.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments. We treat accessibility as an ongoing commitment rather than a one-time project.
Zanzi's voice-first design is intended to give people who find typing or reading difficult a natural, spoken way to get information and connect with a vetted biological dentist. You can simply speak with Zanzi to ask questions and be matched to a provider.
To support accessibility, we work toward:
We periodically review the Service, test with assistive technologies, and address issues as we identify them. Because parts of the Service rely on third-party technology, including voice AI powered by Chronvita, some areas may not yet fully conform, and we are working to improve them.
If you encounter any barrier or difficulty using Zanzi or the website, please tell us. Email legal@hnn.media with a description of the problem, the page or feature involved, and the assistive technology or browser you were using. We will make reasonable efforts to respond promptly and to resolve the issue.
If you need information from Zanzi or this website provided in a different, accessible format, or need another reasonable accommodation to use the Service, contact us at legal@hnn.media and we will work with you to provide the information or assistance you need.
